All You Need To Know

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Once the equipment is delivered, the customer is responsible for all agreed costs.

Deposits are non-refundable less than 48 hours notice. However, if a cancellation is required, we can credit the balance toward future rentals. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL?

Great question! Each rental includes the reserved inflatable, blower, extension cord, tarp, stakes, setup, and breakdown.

If set up will be on cement / pavement, please Iet us know. 

​

If you require additional equipment (ie: a generator), please let us know in advance. 

​

The best part! Each of our rentals are 6 hours rentals, meaning only one rental per day!

Once you have placed an order, the product(s) you requested will be reserved for you - you will receive an email confirmation with your reservation details. We will contact you a few day before your rental date to coordinate delivery and set up time.

IS DELIVERY INCLUDED?

Depends. Delivery is free to Trumbull, Bridgeport, Stratford, Shelton, Monroe and Fairfield.

Delivery fees apply for other towns within Fairfield County, West Haven, North Haven and New Haven. Please contact us to get a quote today! 

ARE THE BOUNCE HOUSES CLEANED?

Absolutely! Since we only rent once per day, we take the time to clean between rentals. Rest assured, you'll have a clean rental each time!

WHAT TIME IS PICK UP & DROP OFF?

A few days before your rental date, we'll contact you to confirm drop off and pick up times. An adult, 18+ needs to be home for drop off to sign the rental agreement.

Upon arrival, the team will discuss with you where to set up the rental unit. We reserve the right to set up the unit in a location most suitable for safety. We take responsibility for set up (including being staked / sand bag set up) and take down / pick up.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

Specific details will be available in the rental contract. In summary, you are responsible for damaged inflatables - whether intentionally or by accident, we will advice you of how much repair costs.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

For deposits, we accept credit card, Venmo or Zelle. The remaining balance, we also accept cash upon delivery.

WHAT ABOUT INCLEMENT WEATHER?

For outdoor set ups, if it is raining on the day of the event, we will not deliver your inflatable, we will call you in the morning and cancel your order. If there is a slight chance of rain, we will call you in the morning of the event to ensure the party goes on. If you give us the go ahead, we will deliver the inflatable and set it up. If it starts raining, there will be NO REFUNDS.

If the set up is for indoor use, delivery will continue as normal. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Just give us a call at least 48 hours before your rental date to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of your rental, the deposit is non-refundable, but the balance can be credited toward future rentals.

WILL YOU SEND ME A RENTAL CONTRACT?

Yes. After booking, you'll receive a secondary email with the rental contract and rules of the bounce house. You'll be required to sign the contract upon delivery.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes, a deposit of $100 is required to reserve the inflatable.

DO YOU OFFER SUPERVISED RENTALS?

Yes, however, prices on our booking page are based on drop off rentals only. If you need a staff member to stay and supervise, please reach out to us to discuss your event needs.
